Amiable staff, cool triple room. Very comfy pillows and bed. Perfect and exceptionally nice location next to the train station in time, an amazing garden and absolute friendly, happy personal/host, and Kandy city center, only 5 minutes walk from Anne of Cleves House😃

During my Christmas stay, I had a great experience at this hotel. the owner was extremely pleasant and welcoming, making me feel right at home. the room was immaculate and smelled amazing. the balcony view of the stunning garden was the best aspect! Located in a serene, off, the, beaten, path area, the hotel offered a peaceful escape from the bustling city.
Despite the great overall experience, the bathroom could use some updates. the water pressure was a bit weak, and the toilet didn't seem to function as expected.

The place is absolutely beautiful with stunning balconies, a lovely garden, and a cozy hangout room. The cleanliness of the room is on another level and the value for money is unbeatable. The location is just perfect - close enough to the center but tucked away on a peaceful and secluded street, offering much-needed tranquility. The private rooms are spacious and come with balconies, providing a great value. The owner gives excellent directions and the property is conveniently located near the train station. The friendly staff can arrange tuk-tuks at reasonable rates, making transportation easy. I enjoyed the incredible location, friendly staff, and basic yet clean room. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The house itself is fantastic, with high ceilings and an open area for breakfast. Being slightly remote from the center allows for a peaceful night's sleep. an absolutely delightful stay with impressive facilities and wonderful service.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful guest house located in a peaceful environment. the rooms were spacious and well-kept, providing incredible views of the surrounding hills. the friendly owners and housekeeper were always ready to help and catered to our every need. the breakfast was delicious and abundant, served on the terrace in front of our room. We loved the serene atmosphere and the feeling of being at home away from home.
The Wi-Fi signal wasn't strong enough for our needs, but it didn't detract from our overall experience.

Great Value for Money - The accommodations were quite reasonable for the price paid. The location was also quite convenient, with shopping and dining options located nearby. The staff members on duty were quite friendly, making our stay quite enjoyable.
The staff seemed a bit disorganized and unable to handle basic requests in a timely manner. the room was not as quiet as we would have liked, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
